Shipping and Payment Policies

General Terms

Products are delivered worldwide. We work with Ferrari, DHL, UPS, FedEx, and Nova Poshta Global for international shipping.

We process and dispatch orders Monday through Friday from 12:00 PM to 5:00 PM (EEST), excluding Ukrainian public holidays. Orders placed after 5:00 PM (EEST) will be processed on the next business day.

All items in stock are usually shipped within one to four weeks unless additional time is required due to holidays or force majeure. 

For Pre-order models, production time ranges from four to ten weeks, depending on the complexity of the design. Once the model is ready, delivery will be carried out according to the carrier's terms and your selected region.

For models from the À.Pièces collection production time is calculated individually. For more details, please contact us at info@nomis.jewelry.

Please note, that orders for items from the À.Pièces collection and products with a price on demand are not considered confirmed without approval from the NOMIS team. After placing an order, a brand representative will contact you to verify the details and complete the purchase process.

If a package is returned due to an address error provided by the customer, the customer is responsible for additional shipping costs.

You can also pick up your order at the NOMIS store located at: Ukraine, Kyiv, Zankovetskoi Street, 6. Please place your order on the website and select the Pick up from store option. Following this, our manager will contact you to confirm the most convenient time for you.

International Shipping

Products are delivered worldwide. We work with Ferrari, DHL, UPS, FedEx, and Nova Poshta Global. International shipments are dispatched from Belgium and Switzerland. 
Please note that prices do not include international taxes and customs duties, your delivery may be subject to additional costs depending on the laws of the destination country. The customer is responsible for paying all duties and taxes separately.
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number to monitor your delivery.
We ship to countries whose laws do not restrict the import of jewelry. We do not ship to Russia or Belarus.

Payment

We accept all major payment methods in compliance with applicable laws.
After placing an order, you will receive an email with an order confirmation. If you have any questions about your order, please contact us at info@nomis.jewelry.

Prices listed on the website are in Euros, based on your location, are quoted at the current exchange rate, and include VAT at the prevailing rate.

Prices may change from time to time in response to currency exchange rate fluctuations, discounts, and other commercial factors. The price applicable to your order will be the price in effect at the time your order is accepted.

Customers purchasing from a country that is serviced as DDP will be responsible for any applicable import duties and taxes. These charges are included in the final purchase price. Customers purchasing from a country that is serviced as DDU will only be charged for the goods purchased and the shipping costs. You will be invoiced for import duties or taxes directly from DHL/FedEx or your designated import broker. We recommend that you contact your local customs authorities to determine the cost of the shipment prior to completing your purchase.

Please note that NOMIS does not refund duties, taxes, or shipping costs.

If you are a customer whose credit/debit card is not denominated in euros, the final price will be calculated according to the applicable exchange rate on the day your card issuer processes the transaction.

Returns and Exchanges

Products purchased through NOMIS sales channels are not eligible for returns or exchanges. In case of force majeure, please contact us, and we will review your case individually.
