1.1 Products are delivered worldwide.
We work with DHL, UPS and FedEx.

1.4. Pick up from the store yourself:
You can receive the order in one of our salons or stores. To receive jewelry at a retail outlet, you must place an order on the website by selecting the desired item there.
After confirming the order - the manager will inform you about the time of delivery of the goods to the store.
2. Pricing Policy
Prices listed on the Site are in Euros, based on your location, are quoted at the current exchange rate and include VAT at the prevailing rate.
Prices may change from time to time in response to currency exchange rate fluctuations, discounts and other commercial factors. The price applicable to your order will be the price in effect at the time your order is accepted.
Customers purchasing from a country that is serviced as DDP will be responsible for any applicable import duties and taxes. These charges are included in the final purchase price. Customers purchasing from a country that is serviced as DDU will only be charged for the goods purchased and the shipping costs. You will be invoiced for import duties or taxes directly from DHL/FedEx or your designated import broker. We recommend that you contact your local customs authorities to determine the cost of the shipment prior to completing your purchase.
If you are a customer whose credit/debit card is not denominated in euros, the final price will be calculated according to the applicable exchange rate on the day your card issuer processes the transaction.
3. For delivery in Ukraine:

You can pick up your order at a convenient Nova Poshta branch. Delivery is free and takes up to three days, depending on the light situation or changes in branch operations related to martial law.

3.2. Nova Poshta courier:
You can order the necessary goods with home delivery. Nova Poshta courier will deliver to your address free of charge. To do this, select the "Nova Poshta courier" option when ordering.

4. Consumer right of withdrawal

However, we can exchange jewelry that does not fit in size or type of product. Within 14 days in the case of a full set.
