Payment and delivery terms
1. Orders processing time
1.1 We process and ship orders Monday to Friday 10:00 - 18:00 (EEST).
1.2 All in-stock items deliveries will usually arrive in 5 to 8 days.
1.3 Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the actual delivery address.
1.4.In case you place a Pre-Order allow us up to 4 weeks to create your piece.
2. Taxes and duties
Please note the prices do not include international taxes and customs fees, your delivery might be subject to additional costs depending on the destination country's legislation. The Customer is responsible for paying all duties and taxes separately.
Please note that duties and taxes (and shipping costs) are not refundable through Nomis Jewelry.
All orders are shipped from Ukraine with DHL Express or Nova Poshta Global. Delivery time depends on the destination. Once your order is shipped you will receive an email with a waybill number to track your order. We do not perform shipment to the Autonomous Republic of Crimea.
If a delivery should come back because of undeliverability due to an error in the delivery address indicated by the buyer, the Seller must insist unfortunately on a renewed instruction of the forwarding expenses.
4. For deliveries in Ukraine
4.1 You can receive your order in the convenient department of “Nova Poshta”. Delivery is free and takes up to three days.
4.2 You can order the necessary product with home delivery. The “Nova Poshta” courier will deliver it to your address free of charge. To do this, select the option "Nova Poshta Courier" when ordering.
4.3 You can pick up your order in our store. To receive jewelry at a retail outlet, you need to place an order on the site and select the appropriate item there.
4.4.After confirming the order - the manager will notify you about the delivery time of the product to the store.
We accept all major payment methods. Once the order is placed you will receive an email with an Order Confirmation. If you have any questions regarding your order, please feel free to contact us at email@example.com.
Please note, your bank may apply a commission on international wires, depending on their policies. Nomis is not responsible and/or aware of the amount of your bank's fees and commissions.
Products that have been purchased through the NOMIS Sales Channels are not subject to return or exchange*.
*According to Ukrainian legislation (Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 19, 1994 No. 172 About the realization of separate provisions of the Law of Ukraine "About consumer protection"), jewelry items are not subject to return or exchange policy.
